biography

Vadim Dumesh is a documentary director, producer, researcher, and journalist with academic background in cinema, art, public affairs, and economics. Originally from Latvia and currently based in Paris, Vadim maintains an international profile and varied skillset in directing, developing and producing various audio-visual content. His transdisciplinary practice creatively treats pressing contemporary economic, social, political, and philosophic issues. Fluent in 5 languages (English, French, Hebrew, Russian, and Latvian), beginner in spoken Arabic, background in German, Spanish, and Swedish.
